D.2.1 - Why Is There No Map On UpTick When There Is One On the Exchange?

When pricing your events you may encounter events with no interactive map while there is one on the exchanges we support. The following steps show you how to override and update the map.

  1. Click on the override button (opposite facing arrows on the upper left-hand side, above the events/listings panel)


  2. First, select the correct exchange from the dropdown that you want to update the map for. Copy and paste the correct URL into the input field, and press the arrow to the right of the box to submit the correct mapping.

  3. If this process doesn’t work, please email in to upticksupport@automatiq.com with the name, date, and time of the event that you were unable to override and we will take a closer look
