D.2.2 - Why Can't I Click On A Map That is Properly Linked to an Exchange?

There may be a situation where your event is correctly linked to one of the supported exchanges and a map is showing up, however, when you try to click into different zones or sections on the map the action renders unresponsive and nothing happens. Oftentimes, this may be due to a non-interactive map being returned from the marketplace.
