Automatiq makes price updates to your POS. If your prices are not updating on whatever exchange you are listing them on, please confirm your broadcast and update rules within your POS and/or any third-party inventory management tool you may be using are working properly.
On a side note, a quick way to confirm that Automatiq price updates are working is to ensure that the “Price” column value (drawn directly from your POS) on a given listing matches whatever criteria dictates the price to be - taking into consideration your increment, floor value, and ceiling value.
POS:
Automatiq only updates prices in the POS. If the price changes you make in Automatiq are not being reflected in your POS, please reach out to us at upticksupport@automatiq.com so we can investigate the issue further.
