Setting a season is a way to apply criteria that you set on one game across the entirety of the rest of the games within that season

Seasons will only apply to the exact same listings, so the listings you are trying to include in a season need to be:

  • At the Same Venue

  • Have the same performer ID

  • All the same Sections/Row/Seats (Pack Size)

How Do I Set a Season?

Setting a season helps you to save the same criteria for a whole season if you have the same ticket packs for the same games across a whole season

  1. Set up and save your criteria for a listing as you normally would for a listing

  2. Click “Set Up”, then “Seasons”, and finally - “Set Season”

  3. You need to collect market data. There are two ways to do this:
    a. Click “Get All Market and Sales Data” to collect all market data for every game
    b. Click “Get Market and Sales Listings” to select specific games to collect market data

  4. Use the checkboxes to select individual games (a), or the checkbox next to the Event header to select all games (b) that you want to set the default values for

  5. In the window toward the left, set default settings for the games

  6. Click “Apply Defaults” to apply these default values and increments across these games based on the market data we are getting

  7. Use the checkboxes to select individual games (a), or the checkbox next to the Event header to select all games (b) that you want to set the criteria to

  8. Click “Save and Push Season”

How Do I Access/Edit An Existing Season?

During the course of the season, you may want to make edits to your criteria and have it apply to the entire season

  1. Once you have set a season on a listing, you will see a leaf icon on the right side of the listing row, next to the broadcast status and delivery type. Clicking on this will allow you to open the season settings

  2. When you open the Seasons Edit page again you will have several options:
    a. Retrieve market data for all games in the season again
    b. Retrieve market data for specific games
    c. Reset defaults
    d. Click to select all events
    e. Click to select individual events
    f. Apply Defaults
    g. Adjust individual floors
    h. Adjust individual ceilings
    i. Save & Push and Changes
