D.2.3 - Why Doesn't UpTick Reflect A Map Updated on the Exchange?

The Automatiq tool caches event maps from the exchanges and cycles the cache periodically to refresh any updates. There may be times where an exchange will update a map in between the cycles, so you will not see the new map until the cycle runs. If you are working on an event and would like it updated sooner, please reach out to us at upticksupport@automatiq.com with the event details so we can manually change the map on our end.
