New! Seatgeek Sales & Event Links, Daily Inventory Management Report, Criteria Presets & More!

Uptick will now show event-by-event SeatGeek data and event link-outs containing granular sales insights to dictate better pricing decisions. The Daily Inventory Management Report will provide insight into each event with criteria to help restructure workflows and target events that need updating. Criteria presets will allow users to easily implement strategies across multiple listings by bulk-applying criteria changes.

Seatgeek Sales Data

Help guide your pricing decisions by incorporating the listing-level SeatGeek sales data!

On each mapped event, sales data containing section, row, quantity, and sale price will appear in sales data provided directly from SeatGeek. These sales are filterable by the loaded criteria to help return the most relevant sales data for each listing.

As part of the sales integration, direct SeatGeek link-outs will now also be available at the top of the page!

Daily Inventory Management Report

The Daily Inventory Management Report, or “DIMR”, will help restructure users’ workflows by providing event-by-event information whenever criteria are set.

With insights about the last criteria updates, % of listings at the floor, and user sales data for each event, it will allow users to target events that need more attention!

All fields will be searchable & sortable, and each event within the DIMR will have a direct link to the corresponding Uptick event. For additional flexibility, each day’s DIMR can be exported as a .csv file.

Criteria Presets

Criteria presets will allow users to bulk-apply strategy changes across an event.

Users can now set criteria profiles to adjust all or some of the following: increments, floors, ceilings, splits, custom pricing, excluding outliers, and attributes.

Criteria presets will take into account the loaded market data, making it easier to bulk edit and react to shifts in the market!

TicketMaster Authentication Portal

As part of our effort to move over to new TicketMaster APIs and improve user experience, we have added an TicketMaster authorization portal. Inputting your TM/1 seller account username and password will allow us to enable the new TicketMaster integration in the coming weeks. We do not store any of your login data, and only use the tokens that TM provides us upon login.

If you see a message claiming that the credentials are invalid or expired, please login using your TM/1 seller account username and password via the authentication portal in the settings.

Other Recent Feature Releases

  • Uptick Event Links: On the listing panel for each event there is a sharing icon. When selected it will copy a direct link back to that event in Uptick, perfect for sharing across the team or bookmarking for direct access later.

  • Listing panel note access: Without having to load an event, hovering the notes icon from the listings panel will load the most recent note, when it was saved, and by whom.

  • Default settings for graphs: The ability to switch from ticket qty to price history, market share, or event sales graphs as the default in settings.
