Autocriteria Base Section overrides
For covered venues, we have parameters to match the section name from the POS to a section on the map. The system cannot always identify the listing properly. In these cases, users will have to select the section to use as the base for Autocriteria.
When applying Autocriteria, the “Base section” will be listed at the top of the AC panel below the map. When mapped properly, this will appear in a blue box. The base section will also be highlighted green.
If the system cannot define a section, this panel will read “Unidentified”. When the section is unidentified, it will appear in a green box and a message in a yellow box will appear to direct users to select a section off of the map.
Click the listing’s section on the venue map to apply the override and map the section.
At this time, the base section box will appear as blue with a section name, confirming a base section has been applied.
Autocriteria will be applied based on the parameters.
Once a section name is mapped back to the corresponding section from the map, other listings with the same section name will also map back to the selected section.
If a section was incorrectly mapped or needs to be remapped, the process can be repeated by clicking on the section name and then selecting a new section on the map.
