Autocriteria Concert Overrides

Due to many concerts at the same venue having different stage and floor layouts, some configurations will not have trained models. In many of these cases, we can override this limitation by using an optimized model for arenas & stadiums, based on stage location.

  1. Select a listing for a concert event that you would like to set up using autocriteria.

  2. The Autocriteria Indicator will appear as available (lit up blue).

  3. When autocriteria is selected, Uptick will prompt you with a message and dropdown below the map to select the stage type for the venue. Select the proper layout and then select "Update Layout" to override.

  4. Once overidden, the event layout that was selected will appear below the map next to the base section and autocriteria will provide suggestions accordingly.

  5. Once a layout for an event is overridden, it will maintain that stage layout and not require future overrides.

  6. If the layout changes or was incorrectly overridden, the override can be altered by clicking the layout title under the map and repeating the process.

Note: If using autosuggest, no suggestions will be provided until the stage type is overridden.
