Overview: Criteria Presets allow users to update different aspects of their criteria for all the listings within an event. These are pre-set criteria profiles that can be applied to any set of criteria. The only things that this will not change in the criteria are section and row selections. Users can mass apply strategy changes for all their listings to be more or less aggressive.

Criteria presets can take the market data into account, allowing changes for floors & ceilings above and below the lowest comps on the market.

Criteria presets will work across both TN & TM priced listings, as long as the market data for that market is loaded.

What criteria presets can change: Floor, ceiling, splits, attributes, delivery type, exclude outliers, custom pricing.

What criteria presets cannot change: section selections, row selections, group spaceouts, autobroadcast settings.

How to Save Criteria Presets

  1. Go to the “Set Up” Tab on the criteria panel. On the same line as groups, seasons, and profiles, you’ll see criteria presets.

  2. Select “Edit Criteria Presets”

  3. Title the criteria presets

  4. Select the criteria pieces and preset parameters that should be selected

    1. Floors and ceilings can be saved with fixed values, dependent on the market, or dependent on cost.

    2. Splits can be applied as default values from settings, fixed values, or dynamically using auto splits.

  5. Presets saved without a floor, ceiling, increment, exclude outlier or splits checked off will have no impact on these fields when saved.

  6. Presets saved without custom pricing or attributes will remove them from any listings that previously had them saved.

  7. Loading previously saved presets, editing, and saving will update the preset rules.

  8. Selecting the “New” Button will allow a new set of presets to be saved.

How to apply Criteria Presets

  1. Make sure there is at least one set of presets saved to apply

  2. Select the listing(s) that presets will be applied to, using the checkboxes on the listing panel

  3. Select “Set Up”

  4. Load the preset profile you want to apply.

  5. Click "Apply Criteria Presets
