DIMR Overview

The Daily Inventory Management Report or “DIMR” will help users manage their uptick workflows to price their inventory. It contains insights on all events that users have criteria set for. If there are no criteria set on an event, the event will not appear in the report.

Key Functions

Refresh Rate: The DIMR refreshes every 3 hours, with a label at the top of the report showing the last refresh.

Event Linkouts: Selecting the "eye" icon next to any event's title will open that event directly in Uptick.

Sorting and filtering the DIMR:

  • All available fields are sortable in sortable by clicking the column header.

  • Columns can be dragged to be reordered or dragged off screen to be removed completely.

  • DIMR will remember the order you used in your browser for next time!

  • Columns can be "frozen" to avoid issues with losing your place when scrolling.

    • Drag the column to the left until you see the "pin icon"

    • Event name, venue, and date are frozen by default.

Filtering the DIMR: All fields can be filtered by clicking the icon next to the column name.

  • Multiple columns can be sorted simultaneously, each will be added as an additional "AND" filter.

The sorting and filtering can be updated by to the default by selecting the column reset button!

Downloading: At the top right corner, users will see an Excel icon, if clicked, this will export the DIMR for that day as .csv file.
