What is the Automatiq Feed?

The Automatiq feed is an aggregated and deduplicated anchor market feed that combines multiple sources for users to automate their pricing against.

What Sources are included in the Automatiq feed?

Currently, the Automatiq feed includes Seatgeek, TicketNetwork, and Ticketmaster Resale. We now allow users to configure the sources included in their feed on a listing level.

Why use the Automatiq feed?

To get a broader look at the market and not miss out on competitive comps. Even if the same listings are listed on multiple exchanges, you may not be seeing them at the best price. The Automatiq feed brings everything together, allowing for more competitive pricing.

How do I get the Automatiq Feed enabled on my account?

Good news, if you already have TicketNetwork and Ticketmaster enabled, the Automatiq feed will be enabled by default! If you do not have both feeds enabled, you must reach out to upticksupport@automatiq.com or your account manager to get activated.

We need all underlying sources enabled to ensure there are no issues with pricing against your own listings that may be present on those exchanges.

Which events is the Automatiq Feed Enabled for?

Any event that has any combination of the TN, TM, or Seatgeek feeds mapped will have the Automatiq feed available.

How do I know which listings are duplicates?

All listings that are identified as duplicates will be marked as such and hidden by default. At the top of the listings panel, you will see a toggle to show/hide duplicate listings. If you hover over the counts at the top of the listing panel, a summary table will appear.

Will my prices be calculated based on duplicates?

No, only listings not marked as duplicates are included in the price calculation process. That means if you are utilizing custom pricing or exclude outliers functionality listings will be only counted once.

Which map does the Automatiq feed use?

Users have the option to price against either the TicketNetwork or Ticketmaster maps for any event, as long as that exchange is mapped. In the settings, you will find the ability to set a default map!

Can I transfer my existing criteria to the Automatiq Feed?

Absolutely! Any event you have priced against an existing feed can be updated to utilize the Automatiq Feed. You'll find the option to do so in the criteria transfer tool.

What currency does the Automatiq feed use?

All events in the Automatiq feed are shown in USD. If the underlying feeds are in a different currency, we convert it back to USD using a dynamic exchange rate.
