To enable the Automatiq Feed, at least 2 of the 3 underlying market feeds must be enabled. This requirement is to ensure that prices do not calculate against your own listings, driving inventory to its floor.
If you already have two out of the Ticketnetwork, TicketMaster Resale, or Seatgeek feeds enabled, the Automatiq feed will be enabled by default.
If you do not have multiple feeds enabled, and want to utilize the Automatiq feed, you can reach out to the Uptick support team or your account manager for guidance on how to get them enabled for your account.
