Any event that is priced against TicketNetwork, TicketMaster, or Seatgeek feed can be transferred to the Automatiq feed using the criteria transfer tool.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Criteria being transferred from TN/TM/SG to Automatiq Feed will include all available sources in the Automatiq feed (regardless of defaults). If you would like to remove sources, it will have to be done post-transfer.
The criteria transfer tool is at the top of the Uptick home screen and will open as a separate tab when selected.
Once opened, you will see an option at the top of the screen to set a start and end source, with options for Ticketnetwork, Ticketmaster, and Automatiq feed.
To transfer criteria to the Automatiq Feed, select the current exchange in the "From" dropdown, and the Automatiq feed in the "To" dropdown.
Select the events you want to transfer using the check boxes on the left side of the page.
Select "Transfer".
All selected events should now be pricing against the Automatiq Feed.
