Auth0/Automatiq ID Changes

Summary

All Automatiq products will now use an Automatiq ID, a single login that you can use to access various Automatiq products. If you share the same email across multiple Automatiq products, those accounts will now automatically be linked.

If you already have logged in via Auth0 on Sync or Lysted with your Automatiq ID, that password will be used to login to Uptick.

If you are an Uptick-only Automatiq customer or have not logged into another Automatiq product using Auth0, your existing Uptick login and password should grant you access to your account.

For users who have not logged out since this change was implemented access to Uptick will be restricted. Please log out, clear your browser cache, and log back in to access Uptick.

In rare cases, you may be required to do a "forgot password" upon your next sign-in to set your Automatiq ID password. Be sure to check your spam inbox if you don't see the forgot password email.

If you have any problems signing in, do a "forgot password" to reset your credentials prior to contacting support. Check your spam inbox if you do not see the forgot password email.

Automatiq Auth0 FAQs

Why Did We Make This Change?

Automatiq is committed to giving our users a safe, seamless experience across our Apps. Utilizing Auth0 allows us to integrate industry-leading technology to provide a safe & easy way to offer a single sign-on experience.

What Impact will it have on my account?

In terms of logging in, it should have little to no impact. The links and login process remain the same. It will allow you to only have to maintain one account across all Automatiq products.

What if I have a separate log-in for different Automatiq products?

Currently, this will not restrict your access. These accounts will be treated as separate rather than one Automatiq ID. We recommend consolidating all Automatiq accounts under one login. To do so, please reach out to our support team or your account manager.
