Ticketmaster has made some changes to their account authorization process, requiring a password reset and re-authentication to be completed by using the “TM Authentication” Panel in the Uptick settings. If this is not completed on your account before FEBRUARY 1, 2024, your credentials will be revoked by Ticketmaster until re-authenticated. The instructions on how to reset your password and re-authenticate are outlined below.

Please note: If you do not currently have an Uptick-Specific TM/1 profile, please reference this article: Uptick TM Authentication.

REQUIRED ACTION 1: Reset the password of your Uptick TM/1 profile using the TM Authentication portal.

To formally activate your account and authenticate using Ticketmaster’s new access path, you will have to reset the password of your Uptick-Specific TM/1 profile.

  1. Navigate to the “TM Authentication” Portal in Uptick and select “Reset Password”

  2. Input the username for the Uptick-Specific Profile and select “Get Reset Code”

3. You will receive a password reset code in the email from Ticketmaster (apisupport@ticketmaster.com)

4. Input the email address, password reset code, and new password

5 .Submit Using “Change Password”

Required Action 2: Re-authenticate your Uptick-Specific TM/1 Profile using the newly-set password.

  1. Once your new password is set, please log in to the Ticketmaster auth portal in Uptick using that Username and Password.

2. If successful, the portal will show “Authenticated as: Your Company Name”

At this point you should be all set!
