Are Contractor Portal and Contractor App users different?

Contractor Portal users have free access but are limited to the Contractor Portal. Contractor App users require a paid licence and gain access to the Uptick Workforce app, which includes:

  • Task scheduling

  • Prompt question responses

  • Access to floorplans and the product catalogue

  • Adding assets and defects

What is the Additional Charge Per Licence for the Contractor App addon?

Pricing varies by country and subscription agreement. Contact your Uptick representative or email support@uptickhq.com for details.

Are Contractor App and Field users different?

Contractor App users have restricted access compared to Field Users. They cannot:

  • View or manage Purchase Orders

  • Add Appointments to tasks

  • Access the Authorization section

  • View client information (except for public property contacts)

  • Add or edit Invoice Notes

  • Create Defect Quotes

  • Dispatch jobs

  • Preview or publish service reports

  • Manage Allowances in Timesheets
