Your document did not upload - here's why:

Hey All!

Below are some of our current upload limitations.

Today, we have a document size/page limitation when it comes to uploading:

Basic tier:

We support content up to 20 pages long or 12MB size.

Pro tier:

We support content up to 100 pages long or 20MB size.

File limitations:

  • Some files are scanned hence we need a special service (OCR) to extract the text out of them. This costs us extra $ so we provide this only to paying users.
    ​

  • Some scanned files are damaged and even the OCR service can't help. In these cases, the upload fails.
    ​

  • Some URL links are protected by a paywall. We try to extract the text, but we don't bypass the paywall unless the user has permission.
