So basically, even if you decide to leave out the AI, you can still use Upword as your content workflow one-stop-shop, read learn and create documents manually and share them with your friends and colleagues.
7-day Free Trial
We have made a conscious decision that we want every Upword new subscriber to start as a Pro/Unlimited subscriber, and enjoy 7 days of our best offering, for free. This is why we simply do not offer to start with a Basic account. Upword's got you covered to start your trial with no credit card!
The sign-up process
Every person who joins Upword will have a 7-day trial period with Upword, for FREE. All features open and available based on the plan selected.
After 7 days every user will need to upgrade to the monthly/annual subscription fee in order to continue using Pro or Unlimited. AI features will lock to limitations of the specific plan whether from Basic to Pro or Unlimited.
Basic users can always upgrade to Pro/Unlimited and unlock the AI superpowers.
Why can't we provide Upword Pro/Unlimited for free?
Our artificial intelligence is top tier and the processing power it requires costs us a lot of money. This is why we can't allow to give it away for free. Even so - we decided to grant a week of free usage to show people how much value they can get - and then charge for the magic.
Upword Chrome Extension
Last but not least - our Chrome extension.
This is where we really tried to go all out and offer free value to everyone on the planet.
Our Chrome extension has one feature, which we consider one of our best features of course - the AI notes!
This add-on is free of charge, and can be accessed from our website or the extension store. Upon adding it to the Chrome browser, pin it to the top and start reading online articles 10x faster.
The AI notes will automatically extract key ideas from the text and form notes for you, within moments. It is truly amazing and saves valuable time every single day.
