What types of content does Upword support today?

What can I upload to Upword today?

Hello Everyone!

Upword is on a mission to build the most delightful research tool in the world. So as we build and grow - what types of content do we support today?

Upword supports:

  1. PDF docs - up to 100 pages long

  2. URL links

  3. Free text

  4. Webpages coming from the Chrome extension

Some limitations as of today:

  1. English only (our AI works only on English, but you can upload and manually summarize articles in any language).

  2. Text based. Too much formulas, code or other symbols, and too little text? Probably not a good fit for Upword today.

  3. Not a very old, poorly scanned document. If the quality of the uploaded doc is poor - chances we won't be able to support it.

Coming up in the soon:

We will broaden our support in multiple different documents in addition to supporting video and audio URLs:
Google docs, Word, YouTube, Podcasts and more cool integrations with your Gmail, Drive, Dropbox, Notion, Pocket etc....
