Searching for information shouldn't be a hassle. With Upword's Semantic Search feature, finding content in your library has never been easier. This guide will walk you through how to use Semantic Search effectively, even if you can't remember the exact words or phrases.
Step 1: Activate Semantic Search
Go into your Upword library
Click the “/” shortcut to open the search bar
Step 2: New Semantic Queries
Type your wanted search term
It doesn’t have to be the exact words of the original text, that is the magic!
Step 3: Explore the search Results
Upword retrieves the best matching results for your search term
The results will be sorted by the relevancy of the search result to your term.
You can use the “+X matches” indicator to decide if the search result meets your needs
Simply click on the result to dive deeper.
Still in favor of the exact match search? Click on the “title only” button to conduct an exact match search on the title of your content.
By following these steps, you'll unlock the full potential of Semantic Search, making content retrieval a breeze.
