UrPay: (only available in the U.S.)
UrPay customers can click on Google Pay when making a payment to be presented with three (3) "buy now, pay later" options: (see screenshots below)
Affirm - can be used for transactions from $50 to $30,000
Klarna - can be used for transactions from $35 to $5000
Zip - can be used for transactions from $35 to $1,200
Stripe and Square:
Afterpay and Affirm are 'buy now, pay later' options that you can make available for your customers to use. Stripe offers Afterpay and Affirm and Square offers Afterpay. Here's how this process works:
Go to the 'Integrations' page in the side menu and click on either Stripe or Square and under "Preferences" toggle on Afterpay and/or Affirm.
Must turn on Afterpay in Urable and also in Square: (see screenshot at bottom of page)
To activate Afterpay on Square, log into your Square Dashboard, navigate to Settings > Account & Settings > Payments > Payment methods, locate Afterpay, and toggle the "In Person" setting on.
You do not have to turn on Affirm and/or Afterpay in Stripe - these are on by default.
This will now show up for selection when you collect payment in person or send your customers a payable invoice.
Once selected, the customer will be redirected to login to Afterpay or Affirm (or create an account with them) and select a payment schedule.
Once the account/transaction is approved or verified, the business will be paid in full and the transaction will be handled between the customer and Afterpay or Affirm.
Make sure to take into consideration the dollar limits on each (see screenshots):
Afterpay will be presented as an option for payments up to $2,000
Affirm will be presented as an option for payments of at least $50 and up to $30,000
The business pays 6% + .30 cents of each transaction.
Afterpay will come up if the job total is under $50
Both Afterpay and Affirm will come up if the job total is between $50 and $2,000
Affirm (Stripe only) will come up if the job total is between $2,000 and $30,000
