To make it easier to set up your Urable account we offer the option to import your Customers and/or your Products/Services. You can import both by going to "Analytics" in the side menu and clicking "Imports" across the top.
Here are some guidelines for importing:
you must use a CSV file
it's not about where the customer list comes from but how it is arranged
you must follow (exactly) the column headers provided in the template
even if you don't have information for a specific column, the column header and column needs to be included
you must follow the requirements given
if you're not comfortable working with spreadsheets, you can forward your CSV file to ellie@urable.com
