Once you create your long-term (service follow-up) reminders and attach them to each service, they will only apply to jobs moving forward and will not apply retroactively to jobs already created and/or completed. To attach them to past (completed) jobs here is the process (and order) you must follow:
Make sure the long-term (service follow-up) reminders are included within each service
2. Go to a completed job and switch out the old line items for the new line item(s) (that include the follow-up reminders)
3. Go to 'Reminders' at the top of this job and toggle off your "Completed" and "Rate & Review" short term reminders so they are not sent out again
4. On the job page move the status bar at the top back to "In Progress"
5. Then, once you move the status bar back to "Completed," it will add any long-term (service follow-up) reminders you have set up, to the queue.
**It's a bit of a process but that's what needs to be done and the order in which it should be done.
