Terms & Conditions

There are two ways to attach your Terms & Conditions in Urable. Each requires the customer to agree to them before making their purchase.

How to attach Terms & Conditions (aka Service Agreements, Terms of Service, etc.):

  1. You can upload your Terms & Conditions to Preferences > Jobs > Documents and they will then be available to attach to Approvals and Payments. You can upload your Terms & Conditions to Preferences > Proposals and they will be available to attach to Proposals.

    1. With 'Approvals,' the customer will be required to sign off on them

    2. With 'Proposals' and 'Payments,' the customer agrees to them with a positive attestation

    3. You will want to use a PDF or Word doc or any file you can upload here

2. You can link your Terms & Conditions in Preferences > URL's

  1. They will be linked at the bottom of your virtual shop checkout with an agreement checkbox that will be required before checkout

  2. They will be linked at the top of your Approval signature page (just below the signature line) for quick and easy access for the customer

  3. They will appear at the bottom of all customer facing documents

  4. You will need to use a Google Doc that contains your Terms and Conditions in order to have a link to insert here (or link to a page on your website with your T&Cs)
