Add/verify your email address

You can now add/verify your own email address for all deployments so emails no longer come from "no-reply@urable.com."

*What does this mean?

  • Any email coming from Urable and going out to your customers (Approval Requests, Payment Requests, Short and Long-Term Reminders, etc.) will no longer come from "no-reply@urable.com" but will instead come from your authenticated domain email or authenticated email address

  • If a customer RESPONDS to your email, it will go to either your authenticated domain email or authenticated email, not the Message Center in Urable

    • authenticated domain email address (@urable.com)

    • authenticated email address (@gmail.com, @msn.com, @comcast.net)

*NOTE:

  • even if you don't add/verify your own email and a customer replies to an email from no-reply@urable.com, it will still go to your business email (what you have set in your business profile)

*How to authenticate your email:

  • go to the Message Center in the side menu

  • it will default to SMS (text) so click the "Email" tab

  • under the "Undelivered" folder click "Add Sender Address"

  • click either "Authenticate your Domain" or "Authenticate your Email Address" (see explanations in the screenshot below)

  • follow the directions to authenticate your email

  • once verified it will show this at the bottom of your side menu under "Email" in the Message Center

*NOTE:

  • Authenticating your domain email will improve deliverability rates because the process involves verifying that you own the domain you're sending from

  • TWO BUSINESSES - ONE VERIFIED EMAIL

    • you can use the same verified email for two (or more) Urable businesses

    • our developer can do this for you on the back end after an email has been verified for one business

    • we will need the name of the business that has the verified email and the name of the business that does not, along with the verified email
