Custom Forms (Consultation Form)

In addition to collecting customer information, this also gives customers the ability to choose a date/time for a consultation appointment.

NOTE:

  • the calendar available in a Consultation Form is based on your external calendar settings

  • once this form is completed it will automatically generate a "Consultation" EVENT on your calendar on the date/time the customer requested

  • just as with a Custom Form, you can hide the background logo and footer with a Consultation Form, for a more seamless look if you are embedding it in an iframe on your website

TO CREATE A CONSULTATION FORM:

  • go to Preferences > Custom Forms

  • click "+ Add a Custom Form"

  • select "Consultation Form"

  • add form fields including Date/Time form field
