What is 'searchable' in Urable?

Tips for using Urable's built-in search engine to save time locating information.

Use the search icon in the upper right to search by:

  1. Customer name (first or last name)

    1. Note: when you have the referral code but not the name of the customer that the code belongs to go to app.urable.com/customers/enter referral code here. The referral code is simply the customer ID.

  2. Customer address

  3. Job number

  4. Phone Number

    1. make sure to include the country code before the phone number

    2. add a 1 before adding the phone number (in the US and Canada)

    3. spaces or dashes work (1 234 567 8899 or 1-234-567-8899)

  5. Email Address (enter full address)

  6. Order number

  7. Search the full VIN or search by the first 4 or 6 numbers (doing this will pull up multiple VINs but will narrow down the results)

  8. Search the long code of an eGift Card by going to the eGift Card tab in the side menu and clicking the search icon in the upper right

Based on your search terms, Urable will display the Top 10 search results for each of the following categories::

  1. Jobs

  2. Customers

  3. Vehicles

  4. Windows

  5. Property Sections

  6. Orders

NOTE:

  • If you want to see beyond the 10 results provided, consider doing a 'customer,' 'job' or 'order' export

  • Jobs are only indexed for a search for 18 months after they are marked completed. They are still saved within Urable but will not come up in a search after 18 months.

  • If you are making use of product barcodes or VIN barcodes you can use the scanning feature on the far right of the search line
