UrPay Dashboard Overview

This article contains an overview of the UrPay dashboard and explains the information found on the home screen and within each tab.

ACCESSING YOUR DASHBOARD:

  • you can access your UrPay Dashboard by going to "Integrations" in the side menu and clicking "Dashboard" in the UrPay section (no login is required)

DASHBOARD HOMESCREEN

  • quick view (chart) of day to day transactions acquired during business hours

  • stat ledger (upper right)

    • total transaction count

    • total transaction volume

    • last transaction date

    • last transaction merchant

    • last transaction amount

    • last transaction ID

  • view reports for recent funding activity

  • view report for recent transaction activity

TRANSACTION SEARCH

  • gives you the capability to search for recent transactions

  • can search by a number of different methods including status, transaction ID, account holder name, customer name or the last four digits of the card

VIRTUAL TERMINAL

  • used to manually process transactions if the software is unavailable for any reason

  • continue to run your business with the virtual terminal if something like point of sale breaks, can't get back online, etc.

  • to process transactions you can enter the customer's payment details, the amount and add any relevant notes before clicking submit

TERMINALS

  • Activate a Terminal

    • activate your PAX A77 terminal here

    • fill in required fields

    • for reporting purposes, filling out the 'Description' field ("Front Desk" or "Bay 2") allows you to specifically identify transactions using this specific terminal

  • View Terminals

    • view every terminal that is at your location

    • helpful for larger, multi-terminal sites

REPORTS

  • arguably the most useful tab in the Dashboard

  • generate a number of detailed reports to analyze sales performance, chargebacks, and other key metrics

  • can customize reports by selecting things like date range, transaction type and export format

  • regularly reviewing can help optimize operations and address potential issues
