Meta Pixel

Use a Meta Pixel in both your Custom Forms and/or your Virtual Shop to track customer interactions and conversions.

Custom Forms - Meta Pixel

  • set this up in the "Tracking" section when building out a Custom Form

  • tracks the following:

Virtual Shop - Meta Pixel

  • set this up in Preferences > Virtual Shop in the "Meta Pixel ID" section

  • tracks the following conversions:

*Information on setting up and installing the meta pixel

  • Once you create the pixel you just need to paste the pixel ID (not the pixel itself, just the ID) in where it says "Meta Pixel ID" (see screenshot above) and then click "Submit."

  • The results from your meta pixel can be found on your Facebook page
