Integrating UrPay

When integrating UrPay with Urable ("Integrations" in side menu) you must be on a BROWSER. You cannot do this on the app.

UrPay

  • Create an account by going to "Integrations" in the side menu (on a browser) and in the UrPay section:

    • click "Application Form" for a Fixed rate (rates are listed)

    • click "Submit Form" for a Custom rate (potentially more savings)

  • Check your email for requests for additional information while your account is under review

  • Credit card, Bank Transfer, Affirm/Klarna/Zip (through Google Pay)

PAYMENT PROCESSING TIMES:

  • Bank Transfer - 7-10 business days

  • Refund - 5-7 business days

*NOTE:

  • If a payment doesn't come through in Urable, check your UrPay dashboard (Pulse) to see if it came through there before you run the payment again. We can always record the payment for you in Urable.

  • Access the UrPay Dashboard on a desktop/laptop (browser) by clicking on Dashboard in the UrPay section of the 'Integrations" page.

    • No username or password are needed as it is single sign-on (SSO)

    • Access for the Pulse using a mobile device is coming soon

  • If you are integrated with UrPay and Stripe and/or Square, you can set one up as your default payment processor for the Virtual Shop by going to Preferences > Payment.

  • 3rd party processors can be used with Urable but the transaction would need to be marked "Other" and would need to be manually recorded within Urable.

  • You must be integrated with UrPay, Stripe or Square to use the Virtual Shop, even if you don't plan on taking payments through either of them.
