Troubleshooting Employee Access

How to troubleshoot problems getting your employees access to your Urable business account

After adding an employee to Urable, they will receive an email inviting them to verify their email address. This email will contain a link they should click on. This link will bring them to a screen to set a password for their user account.

If an employee is seemingly not receiving their invitation email, here are a few things to double check

  • confirm the employee's email is spelled correctly in Urable

  • confirm the employee is logging in with the email that matches what is in their employee profile in your Urable account

  • have the employee should check in spam/junk folders

  • have the employee refresh their email (browser/app)

Common Errors

There are three common errors an employee can receive when trying to log in.

  1. Invalid Action Code

  2. User Disabled

  3. Invalid Credentials

Invalid Action Code

  • indicates the 45 minute window to access the live link in the invitation email has expired.

  • Easy fix! Have your employee click FORGOT PASSWORD to re-trigger a new email.

    • NOTE: Be sure your employee is accessing the NEW email with the NEW link. Some email providers, like Gmail, group similar emails together in a bundle. To ensure your employee is accessing the newest link, have them check the time stamp on the email.

User Disabled

  • indicates user (employee) profile has been disabled in Urable.

  • disabling can be done by any business account that they are attached to

  • go to Employees/Resources > Disabled to see if the employee is in that list.

    • If you wish to re-enable them, click their name and use the three dots in the top right corner > Enable.

    • If they are not in your Disabled list, they have been disabled by another business. Contact Urable's support team via the Live Chat for assistance.

Invalid Credentials

  • indicates the user is entering the wrong password for this user account.
