Employees can clock in on the home screen as a global clock-in to keep track of hours worked (both in shop and in field...using geo-location)

this shows up in Employee > Earnings > Hours
Employees can also clock-in within specific line items in jobs they are assigned to
line item clock compiles employee commission
this shows up in Employee > Earnings > Commission
line item clock is also used to calculate the labor costs associated with the job for the profit analysis
**IMPORTANT NOTE:
When an employee pauses the global clock-in, it automatically pauses the line item clock-in, but when they resume or continue the global clock-in, they need to also restart the line item clock-in
The line item must be marked as a “service” and not a “product” (in products/services) in order for the clock-in/clock-out buttons to appear under it
