When a customer books a job through your virtual shop, you can gather additional information about your customer and/or the job through a "Virtual Shop Form." This form appends to your virtual shop checkout, allowing you to ask additional questions such as "Is power hook up available?" or "Do you have a garage?"
any information submitted via a Virtual Shop form will appear in the custom data section of the job that is submitted via the Virtual Shop
the link that appears with the virtual shop form on the custom forms page is simply a link to the Virtual Shop
go to Preferences > Custom Forms to create your "Virtual Shop Forms"
you can now set your Virtual Shop form for "In shop," "In field," or "Both" (see screenshot below)
