After connecting to UrPay, Stripe or Square, you can collect deposits in your Virtual Shop. You don't have to collect a deposit, but if you'd like to, here's how you would set that up.
To set your deposit configuration for your Virtual Shop go to Preferences > Virtual Shop and scroll down to the "Jobs" section:
you can set up the % you'd like to collect for your deposit
put a cap on the deposit amount
set a minimum threshold to trigger a deposit request
deposit here is set at 20% if the job total is $100 or more
($300 job will require a $60 deposit)
jobs under $100 will not require a deposit
(interior/exterior wash at $90 will not require a deposit)
even if the job is more than $1500 the deposit will not exceed $300
(20% of $2,000 is $400 but only $300 will be collected)
The deposit collection will be the final component of the checkout process. If you enable deposits, the customer must pay the deposit to submit their job/appointment.
NOTE:
If you want the services paid in full up front on your Virtual Shop, you'd need to set the the deposit amount to 100% and select ANY AMOUNT for the other two buttons.
