Businesses often ask if they can customize the order of their products and services on the virtual shop. The answer: you can order your categories but are limited in how you order your products and services.
CATEGORIES:
You can order your categories in the Virtual Shop by going to the Products/Services page in the side menu and dragging and dropping the two horizontal lines to the right of the category name. (See screenshot below)
The order of your categories on your Products/Services page is how they will appear in your Virtual Shop.
SERVICES or PRODUCTS:
The order of services or products within each category in the virtual shop is sorted based on (see screenshot below):
'Price' high to low or low to high
'Alphabetically' A-Z or Z-A)
'Create at' date (Newest to Oldest or Oldest to Newest)
services and products cannot be put in a custom order (see NOTE below)
You can sort services within each category independent of the others:
Ceramic Coating services - High to Low
Detailing services - A-Z
NOTE: There are two (2) work arounds in sorting your services:
Add additional categories:
break out your services into individual categories as categories can be sorted in any order you'd like
For example: if under your "Detailing" category you have 3 interior detailing services and 3 exterior detailing services and these service are intermingled on your Virtual Shop, then you might create an "Exterior Detailing" category and an "Interior Detailing" category.
Category prefix:
One other thing you could do is to get creative with your service names to affect the order such as putting an "AA" or "BB" at the beginning of the service name to order them alpha but actually in the way you want.
For example: AA Level One Detail; BB Level Two Detail; CC Level Three Detail
