Expired Booking

What to do if you received an e-mail advising your booking has expired

Updated over a week ago

The booking process at urbanest is as simple as 1, 2, 3...

  1. Reserve a room (with no liability) for a predetermined amount of time (this is usually 48-hours, but can vary depending on the time of year and our availability

  2. Digitally accept the online Tenancy Contract

  3. Pay one-week's rent to secure the booking

If you don't complete the three steps before the expiry date/time, then your booking will expire and the room you had reserved will become available for anyone else to book; this is normally at 10am on the expiry date detailed in the reminder e-mail we send you.

If you still want to book the room, we urge you to act quickly or you may lose out - simply call us on +44207 042 7890 (option 1) and speak with a member of the bookings team and we will be able to advise if the room is still available, and we can put it on-hold again for another day.
