Need some advice on accepting your UAL accommodation offer? Here are some tips on how to do it:
When will I receive my offer?
Accommodation offers are sent out in cycles. These will be sent to the same email that you registered you account with when you first applied.
How do I accept my offer?
You will receive an email from urbanest containing a link to a booking form and the details of your offer.
To accept your offer with urbanest at Wigram House, simply click on the link to the application form for your room, and complete your details before the deadline stated in the offer e-mail.
Room Types
There are three room types at urbanest Victoria (Wigram House):
Private Room (with shared bathroom) - typically two bedrooms to one bathroom (also referred to as Premium shared bathroom rooms)
En-Suite bedroom (also referred to as Premium rooms)
Studio apartment (also referred to as Premium studios)

Can I see floor plans?
The ground floor is the only floor with different numbering to the rest of the building:

Can I change my room type?
Your room type is allocated by UAL:University of the Arts, and we are unable to change this.
How do I sign my tenancy agreement?
To accept your urbanest tenancy you must digitally sign your agreement and pay 1-week rent using the secure online booking portal. The link to your portal will be e-mailed to you.
There are no additional fees or deposits needed after this, but you will be asked to choose a payment schedule for the rest of the year 💰
Can I change my room allocation?
You are not able to change your room type or room allocation once your tenancy has been generated. In rare events, we may need to amend your room allocation, for instance in the event of maintenance being required in the room.
What if I don't accept the offer by the deadline?
If you don't confirm your booking by the time the deadline in your offer e-mail has passed, you will not be eligible to reapply. This may mean that you need to join the UAL waiting list to receive an offer of accommodation later in the summer, but please note that this is out of urbanest's hands and we cannot influence any decisions regarding the re-offering of accommodation.
What happens after I sign my tenancy agreement?
Once you have signed your tenancy agreement, you need to upload some documents to your urbanest portal - we'll send you information on how to do this.
