What to do when you are locked out or need a replacement key

Lost your keys πŸ”‘

If you have lost your keys, please report this to our team at the reception as soon as possible for security reasons so that we can disable your old fob

To get a new fob, you will need to show proof of ID to confirm you live with us. If you do not have ID with you, our onsite team member will need to ask your 2 or 3 questions to confirm your identity.

You will then need to fill in a Lost Key Form and a new key will be issued to you.

Locked out

If you have been locked out of your room, please visit the reception you will need to show proof of ID to confirm if you are our resident if you do not have this our onsite team member will need to ask your 2 or 3 questions to confirm your identity. They will then take you back to your room 😊.
