How to use a printer?

Updated over a week ago

Our printers are free to use, all you need to do is bring along some A4 paper! The printer(s) can be located in our common rooms/study areas.

To use the printer you can either use the QR code (listed below or above the printer), you will then be directed to a website where you can upload your file. Once uploaded you will receive an 8-digit code which you will need to enter on the printer screen to have your document printed.

OR alternatively, attach your file and send an e-mail to urbanest@eprintitservice.com or visit the 'Eprintit service' web page. For the best results please use a PDF file. But you can also use other common files (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint or JPEG).

Locations of the printers within your building can be found below:

urbanest Westminster Bridge: On the Mezzanine floor.

urbanest King's Cross: Next to the Mother vending machine on the Mezzanine floor.

urbanest St Pancras: Study room on the ground floor near the reception area (B block).

urbanest Vauxhall: First floor Mezzanine.

urbanest Hoxton: Fifth floor common room.

urbanest Tower Bridge: Communal area in the basement.

urbanest Victoria: Study room opposite the laundry room.

urbanest City: We have two communal printers, one by the reception desk and the other is in the common room on the 14th floor.

If you experience any difficulties with the printers, feel free to pop by the reception desk, and a team member will be more than happy to assist you.
