Frive offers weekly deliveries of freshly made healthy meals. You can choose your options every week using the app, and they deliver them to you to store in your fridge & reheat. This is our team favourite for the delicious offerings - we've never had a bad meal yet!

Prep Kitchen cook up and drop off nutritionally balanced, fresh, protein-rich meals - great for busy people with a focus on fitness.

Cook offer award-winning, ready-made meals delivered directly to your door. Try out their Chicken, Ham and Leek Pie - you won't regret it.

If you prefer to cook for yourself, why not try these great options:

Mindful Chef offers healthy, delicious meals made with quality, locally-sourced ingredients. This is our team favourite for the range of options, value for money and taste profile! They also offer ready-made options for students pressed for time.

HelloFresh is your one-stop food box delivery service; they have hundreds of options and are the most popular option in the country.

Gousto is quoted as restaurant-quality food that you make yourself. You'll need some fancy kitchen gadgets and some patience, but the meals are delicious!

Takeaway

There are two big takeaway delivery options in London; UberEats and Deliveroo. Both have many of the same restaurants, but Deliveroo tends to have more choice.

For Asian food, you may also wish to try HungryPanda.

We cannot accept takeaway food at reception; you must meet the driver at reception yourself.

Groceries

If you prefer to have complete control over your food and drink purchases, there's always the good old fashioned British Supermarkets...

They are dotted all over London, but have a range of quality and offerings depending on the brand.

At the higher end, you have Waitrose and M&S, then mid-range stalwarts Tesco, Sainsbury's and Co-Op, with budget friendly Aldi and Lidl available in some areas.

For Asian food, Tian Tian Market is committed to providing a wide range of premium, niche groceries as well as traditional and trending street food.

Most of the above offer delivery options as well as physical stores.
