Payments
We have all types of students staying with us, all with different needs. We therefore make a big effort to provide the flexibility that they and their families require to finance their stay in London. Rooms can be secured for just one week’s rent and payment can either be spread over 3 or 10 months – the choice is yours. Of course, if you have any questions or concerns about any aspect of staying in London, please do get in touch.
How to pay your rental balance
urbanest offers a variety of payment options, including credit and debit cards and bank transfers, to enable you to pay your rent and other charges as easily as possible. As urbanest operates in the UK, all our payments and receipts are transacted in GBP. We are happy to accept the following card types as well as BACS transfer:
Visa Credit Card
MasterCard or Master Credit Card
UK based Maestro
We're unable to accept payments via PayPayl or Amex.
After paying your invoice
Once you received confirmation that you have made your payment, please send a screenshot of your receipt or bank remittance to accounts@urbanest.com.
