When living at urbanest, you don't need to worry if something stops working; whether there is a leaky tap or a light-bulb goes out, we have a dedicated team on-site to help get things back to how they should be.
How to log a maintenance request?
All maintenance requests must be logged on the urbanest resident portal. The urbanest portal can be accessed 24/7 and you can report a fault by clicking 'Report a Fault':

Once a maintenance request has been logged, an e-mail will be sent to acknowledge it with a reference number.
How long will it take for someone to come?
Our maintenance team are on-site Monday-Friday, and we aim to attend to all jobs same-day during the week if they are reported before 11am*, and on a Monday if reported on a Friday after 11am or at the weekend.
*Due to operational reasons outside out control such as emergencies or higher priority jobs, there may be times where we are unable to attend same-day - but rest assured we always try.
Will it get fixed the same day?
It depends on the type of job...Some items can be fixed quickly using the tools and equipment we have in stock.
Some jobs require specialist parts or a tradesman to visit site to complete the work. We will leave a card in your room with information if we need to come back.
