Welcome to the UrbanLogiq platform! Here're some steps to keep in mind if running into issues on the platform.

Using the Correct Browser?

To optimize your experience, ensure that you are using Google Chrome as your browser, rather than Safari, Edge or Firefox.

Seeing a White Screen?

If you are seeing a white screen, please clear your page cache following this article and try again. If you still see the white screen after the clear page cache step, pleae contact us at customersuccess@urbanlogiq.com.
