This article is a quick overview of the UrbanLogiq Platform. Where to find help, how to log in, and some best practices.


How to log into the UrbanLogiq Platform

There are two ways TriMet users can log into the UrbanLogiq platform. The first is through our website: https://urbanlogiq.com/; click the Sign In button and select your region.

TriMet users can additionally log in directly on our login page, http://home.urbanlogiq.us/. The UrbaLogiq team highly recommends you bookmark this link for easy access. You can reset your password on the login screen.

How To Find Help

In-app support is the best way to get help regarding anything in the UrbanLogiq Platform. First, you can click on the chat bubble icon at the bottom left corner of the sidebar. Then you can start a new conversation in the chat box pop-up.

Furthermore, this is the best way to provide product feedback. We thrive and love hearing how our platform can be better. Giving us product feedback in the in-app chat requests is gathered and prioritized. This is the best way to give feedback.

Best Practices

There are a few best practices that we always like to start with at UrbanLogiq.

  1. Our platform works well with all browsers. However, Google Chrome is most compatible with our system and is the browser we recommend. We suggest updating to the latest version to ensure everything runs smoothly. If something isn't working right and you are in a browser other than Chrome, we recommend trying again in Chrome.

  2. We recommend using a password manager like 1Password or Google Password. Unfortunately, the UrbanLogiq team members can't reset your password. This is for security reasons. Your password must be done on the login screen.

  3. Remember the About this Use Case button! If you are in a Use Case and need help with how best to use it, the About this Use Case button will give you an overview of it, what it does, and the data types it uses.
