How to report misconduct or violations

Urbanmount provides channels to report harassment, fraud, unsafe conduct, or other suspected policy violations.

  • Identifying Violations
Misconduct may include discriminatory language, threats, unsafe or unlawful work, price manipulation, false damage allegations, or other dishonest conduct. See the Community Guidelines.

  • Gathering Information
Preserve messages, Service identifiers, photos, receipts, and screenshots. For imminent danger or suspected criminal activity, prioritize safety and contact local authorities before submitting a separate Urbanmount report.

  • Submitting a Report
Use the Help Center or available support channel and provide the date, Service, description, involved accounts, and available evidence.

  • What Happens Next
Support may request more information and may share material allegations with an involved party when reasonably necessary for a fair review. Timing depends on complexity, evidence, safety, privacy, and legal restrictions.

  • Potential Outcomes
If evidence establishes a violation, Urbanmount may issue a warning, suspend eligibility, or deactivate an account under the applicable terms. A financial remedy or recovery requires the evidence and process stated in the controlling Service, payment, refund, or SafeStay Terms; a report alone does not authorize automatic payout withholding or establish responsibility. We may limit status details to protect privacy, safety, legal process, and investigation integrity.

  • Retaliation Is Prohibited
Retaliation for a good-faith report may itself violate Urbanmount policy. Report suspected retaliation promptly.
