How to Do the Running Man Dance:

  1. Start Position – Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.

  2. Step Forward – Lift your right knee up and slightly forward while your left foot stays on the ground.

  3. Slide Back – As you put your right foot down, slide your left foot backward.

  4. Switch Legs – Lift your left knee up while your right foot stays on the ground.

  5. Slide Back Again – As your left foot comes down, slide your right foot back.

  6. Repeat the Motion – Keep alternating legs in a rhythmic, bouncy motion.

The key is to make it smooth so it looks like you're gliding while running in place. Adding some arm movement (like swinging them naturally) enhances the effect.
