To cancel a job login to your Urgent Couriers account and open the Job List page as shown below, this will load all current jobs booked with Urgent, note you can apply a filter to search for future jobs.
Job cancellations are commonly necessary when incorrect details have been provided, schedules have changed, or a service is no longer required.
If you need to rebook a job after cancellation, ensure that the new booking has accurate details and confirm all relevant information to prevent discrepancies.
To handle duplicate bookings, identify and promptly cancel any redundant booking to avoid confusion or wasted resources. Confirm that the accurate job remains active and notify all involved parties about any updates.
Next, click the edit icon on the job you would like to cancel as shown below.
As an alternative to cancellation, consider putting jobs on hold. Notify all concerned parties, update the system to reflect the hold, and potentially follow up later if the job is to proceed.
To cancel, click the functions tab and then click the 'Cancel Job' button, note a job can only be cancelled before a courier is dispatched to collect your item.
