To Select from a Pre-Saved Booking, select Saved booking, and select the appropriate option. OR

Click "Confirm Client & Contact" to start your booking

Start to fill out the page details from left to right.
Starting with the Pickup address.

The Extra Info tab can be used to make mention of things such as: Unit 2, or level 4 etc.

Enter Pickup Contact Name & Phone Number

The Pickup notes section can be used to type things like "Pickup package from reception" or other job relevant notes.

Under "To:" you can enter your delivery address.

Again Making sure the drop down is showing your address before continuing.

You can use the Delivery Notes Field to note down specific info such as, "leave behind pot plant", or "Ring upon arrival"

Once happy with the information on the left hand side, move on to your package and vehicle requirements.
Click on the Vehicle Drop down to select the Vehicle Mode you are after.
This could be, Car, Van, or Truck.

If you select Truck as your vehicle, you will be prompted with a pop up asking you to tick or untick a few relevant options.
Proceed as your job requires and click Confirm.

Next, Select the Package Size Drop down, and select the appropriate dimensions (or close to, you can also use the custom dimensions if you'd like more accurate pricing)

Amend the Item Quantity Here.

Amend the Total weight here, or leave as is if unsure.

You can leave the "Date + Time" as "Ready Now" if you are wanting the freight picked up as soon as possible, or you can click on it to pre-book a job for the future.

For Pre-booked jobs, you can amend the date and time here, and then click confirm to continue.

Tracking Info can be amended here as required.

Your References field can be used to note things such as purchase order numbers or other relevant internal notes for your won records. It is not a mandatory field.

Under Speed, you will be presented with a range of available speeds for your job.
You can make your selection based on the GST exclusive prices listed
And when happy with your selection you can click Book Job.

Before Clicking Book Job, if you want to save your job details for a future order, you can click this "add" button on the top.

Click the "Enter a name for this booking..." field and Enter a relevant booking name

Click "CREATE"

Your Saved Bookings will now be available up the top on the "Saved Bookings" Drop down.

Otherwise Click Book Job

You will have your confirmed details on the right, and job number + Tracking + Label Printing options on the right.

Ideally your packages should be labeled for our courier to make the colelction and tracking as accurate as possible.
Click "Print your Label"

Click "PRINT"

You can also save the booking after you've booked it if you forgot to do so prior.
