If you need to amend the details of a booked job or track the collection status of your courier job, the following information will guide you through both processes.
Amending Job Details
You can amend the details of a booked job, such as rescheduling it to a different time or adding new instructions.
You can also use this page to view historic jobs, or cancel jobs that haven't been picked up.
Amendment Timing Considerations
If you amend the details (e.g., change run time) after the system processes for the same day are complete (typically in the late morning), the changes may not take immediate effect.
Evening Run Scheduling
If same-day changes are not processed in time, you can reschedule the job for the Evening home run (BEH).
Notification Requirement
It is advisable to notify support in advance for any amendments to ensure they are implemented effectively.
Understanding Collection Timeframes
For example, if you booked a 3-hour job, the courier has up to 3 hours to collect and deliver your parcel. Time starts from when the job has been booked for our point to point service.
Once you have found the job you need, you can update the pickup/delivery address, the number of items, dangerous goods information, delivery speed and print the label out if it's not attached to your package.
