Steps to sync:
From the URUNN profile screen, tap your Settings icon in the top right corner.
Tap on Apps & devices.
Find Garmin in the list and tap it to start the connection.
A Garmin Connect authorization page will appear. Ensure the toggles for Activities, Daily Health Stats, and Training are turned ON.
Scroll down and tap Agree.
Once the "Connection successful" screen appears, you can choose to toggle "Import unmatched runs as free runs" if you want activities that aren't part of your plan to still show up in URUNN.
Tap Learn more or simply go back to see your status as Connected.
What devices sync: All Garmin wearables compatible with the Garmin Connect app.
What to expect: *Planned Workouts: Your URUNN training plan will automatically sync to your Garmin Calendar. When you start a run on your watch, it will prompt you to follow the day’s specific workout.
Activity Export: Completed runs are sent back to URUNN.
Manual Sync: If a workout is missing, you can always tap Sync now on the Apps & devices screen to refresh the data. Or head to the run itself on URUNN and tap "sync to Garmin" in the top right of the run preview screen.
